Please read these terms and conditions carefully. These are the terms that will govern any contract between you and us for the sale of the products displayed on this web site. We may amend these terms from time to time by placing appropriate notification on this page.

Please note that it is your responsibility to check that your order is accurate and that it is your responsibility to supply all relevant information accurately which is necessary to complete the order as requested.

We shall confirm acceptance of your order by e-mail as soon as possible however before we do so you should not assume that we have accepted your order and no contract will exist between us. Our acceptance of your order will be effectively communicated to you at the time that we send the e-mail to you (whether received by you or not). This condition does not apply to non-registered users.

Price and Payment

The price of the products and any other costs will be as stated on accepted orders. The price will include Value Added Tax and any other applicable taxes should the delivery address be outside the European Union. We reserve the right to increase the list price of the products from time to time notice of which will be placed on our web site.

Return policy/Cancellations |

If you are not satisfied with the card(s) you receive, they may be returned to Cardsgifts.co.uk as new (they must not be printed or written on). The safe return of cancelled cards are the responsibility of the consumer and must be returned in their original (and re-sellable) condition. The consumer has the right to cancel an order within 7 working days starting the day after the receipt of the card(s). The only cards that cannot be cancelled are the ones which have been specifically created (e.g. printed or handwritten) for you. Where the consumer exercises his/her right to cancel, a full refund will be payable within 30 days. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

If an order needs to be cancelled please e-mail us with your order number.

Delivery |

All orders received before the time as stated on the web site will be sent in that days Royal Mail first class post. Royal Mail first class post has a guaranteed 90% next day delivery. Accordingly, if possible, you should allow at least 2 (two) working days for delivery within the United Kingdom and 7 (seven) to 10 (ten) days for delivery elsewhere.

You are required to advise us at the time of your order if you require your order to be sent by special delivery or another method of delivery. For any order over £50 you must request registered or special delivery.

We shall not be responsible where any failure or delay in delivery is due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to Acts of God, fires, strikes, and failure of suppliers or distribution partners. In the event of such delay our obligations under the contract will be suspended for the period of the delay.

Cardsgifts.co.uk adhere to the strict security procedures set out in the UK Data Protection Act 1998 in the storage and disclosure of any Data to prevent unauthorised access.

Your information is used to process orders and for the use of marketing.

At the stage when you register, if you tick the "Newsletter Subscription" box (therefore giving Cardsgifts.co.uk your consent) we will use your data for the personal marketing of Cardsgifts.co.uk and its services to you. At the same point, there is the "Third Party Promotion & News" box. If this box is ticked, third parties may in the future be able to use your data. If wish for your data not to be used for certain purposes, please un-tick the specific box(es) (found on your customer details page), alternatively e-mail stating your requests. This gives you the chance to refuse any marketing from any third parties.

The information collected from you includes your name, address, telephone number, fax number, mobile phone number, date of birth, your reminders, your order history (i.e. the type of cards you buy).
