1. CONTRACTING PARTIES

2. YOUR CONSUMER RIGHTS

2.1. Product description

We try to ensure that all of the items shown on the website are accurately represented however slight variations in colour, typefaces and layout may be experienced.

2.2. Price and Sales Tax

Prices of all Products are not subjected to vat so Please note that no VAT receipts can be issued for goods ordered from the website. and are all produced on the UK mainland

2.3. Delivery

We aim to post all orders within the timeframe published in the Delivery and Postage section at the time of purchase.

At the time of purchase you will be notified of the delivery charges applicable on each order.

2.4. Return of defective goods

We endeavour to despatch the goods to you in perfect condition. However occasionally goods can be damaged in transit and we are keen to rectify any problem as quickly as possible.

In the event that the applicable product(s) is defective, you may return it to us at your own expense within 7 days of receiving such product(s). Please return product(s) to the postal address set out in "Contact Us". We will offer to reimburse the price that you have paid for the product(s) to your credit or debit card. Alternatively if you call us immediately on the number shown in "Contact Us" we may offer to reprint and resend the product(s) free of charge.

All complaints will be acknowledged within 5 working days. We will endeavour to resolve any complaints within 14 days and keep you informed during the resolution process. Please note that your right to return items to us in accordance with these terms and conditions is in addition to any other statutory rights you may have.

3. 1PAYMENT ON ACCOUNT OF GOODS

We do not advocate at any time  a scheme whereby customers may make a payment on account as advance payment for goods we simply require payment at time of purchase. So no you do not have to set up an account before you make a purchase simply use our secure shopping cart and buy online in real time yes cheques are acceptable made payable to Cardtoon Creations but for UK customers only. Everybody else its credit/debit cards via the paypal service link. Please note: you do not have to have a PayPal account when opting for this method of payment. Simply select not a paypal account holder and it will automatically direct you to the credit/debit card window.

3.3. Applicable goods

Applicable goods means only printed products manufactured by us such as cards, mugs, clocks, lighters, t-shirts, coasters, mousemats, ovengloves, calendars and posters.items supplied by third parties intital contact will be with ourselves but you will be directed to them for their returns policies.

3.2. Refunds

If you change your mind after making a payment on account you may request a refund by calling customer services within 14 days* of the transaction. In such cases the amount refunded will be the sum of the original payment less the value of any goods bought on account. Refunds can only be made to the credit card account used to make the original purchase.. *If the goods are peronalised, this does not apply and the  product cannot be exchanged or refunded.

4. Personalisation-whats okay and whats not

** SORRY BUT THERE HAS TO BE SOME EXCEPTIONS TO PERSONALISATION NO SPORTING nicknames ,  PLAYER/HERO NAMES,TEAM NAMES ,TRADEMARKS IP, LOGO'S ..REASONS ..WELL OUR PRODUCTS ARE A BIT OF FUN AND WE'D LIKE TO REMAIN THAT WAY PLUS ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF  UK TRADING LAW  and we dont want to upset the sporting fraterinty too much as we would like to continue to supply wholesale items to the odd superstore or three .........BUT ANYTHING ELSE NOT A PROBLEM ......SHOULDNT HAVE MUCH OF A PROBLEM IDENTIFING WHO THE CARICATURES ARE OF ......AND WHICH TEAM OR SPORT THEY BELONG TO ...HAPPY SHOPPING

Some products for Manchester United, Liverpool, Arsenal and Chelsea do however have a Licence those with club badges are a good indicator of which are official and which are not
